​Xiid.IM’s single sign-on is the most secure and powerful SSO on the market. Users enter one set of credentials to access all of their applications on-premise or in the cloud including web apps, virtual machines and even Oracle database with Oracle Directory Service support. Xiid.IM SSO also supports Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) including native support of digital credentials such as CAC/PIV or Smart Card. The digital credentials always stays in your active directory database.
Security is never compromised with Xiid.IM. Unlike other vendors, our SSO works within the framework of the Xiid SealedChannel and our passive Identity Management SHyP (Smart Hybrid Protocol). This allows you to maintain absolute control of your identities using your Active Directory / LDAP directory system behind your perimeter firewall.
Masking your identities from web apps is a powerful feature in Xiid.IM SSO. Xiid.IM Identity Masking allows you to log into applications such as MS Office 365 without sharing your actual identity.
ADFS giving you fits? The complexity of many identity management directories, trees and forests provide critical connectivity worldwide, but many have drawbacks with extensive VPNs and a security stack that is employed within each network. The allure of Microsoft Azure AD and other SSO providers sounds compelling although when you "peel back the onion" you will find many pitfalls and valid security concerns. Xiid’s “Trusted Relationship” feature is a virtual federation tool which is extremely secure yet an easy to manage service. It removes the risks and complications associated with AD organizational structures allowing for easy migration to mobility, cloud services, SaaS applications without the difficult task of Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS).

Only 1 step, a single code that identifies the user’s claimed identity and authenticates them at the same time. Never revealing neither the username nor the one-time password. Most secure because they are used one-time, they can never be used again even if stolen.
​Traditional OTP systems are unfit for authorization-exclusive contexts (think about the “Verified by VISA” system, for example) because they require the user to input their “claimed identity” in addition to the one-time password.
XiidID OTC unlike OTP is perfect even in pure authorization-only contexts, increasing their security by leaps, with out-of-band code generation, and without ever giving away the claimed identity, yet identifying and validating the user in a single one-time step.
